Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: Pataskala, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an “In Home Caregiver” in Pataskala, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles. As of 2023, caregivers typically earn between $12 and $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job duties, and regional demand. In Ohio, the average is generally around $13 to $18 per hour, suggesting that while the rate offered is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced caregivers who could reasonably expect higher compensation. Overall, this rate may limit the ability to attract skilled talent in a competitive job market.
