Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: New Albany, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an In Home Caregiver in New Albany, OH, falls within the lower to mid-range of industry standards. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Ohio typically range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific duties involved. While this pay rate may be competitive at entry-level or basic caregiving roles, it may not attract experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills. Considering the rising cost of living and increased demand for caregiving services, this rate may be viewed as less favorable in retaining quality talent. Overall, while it is within an acceptable range, adjustments may be needed to enhance competitiveness and attract skilled caregivers.
