Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, promptly, and accurately to all escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, break rooms, and other work areas as required.
• Adhere to the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Facilitate callouts by effectively coordinating shifts among team members, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and commit to timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS Management Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor, capable of motivating team members and addressing customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• Successful completion of KBS background check and drug test.
