Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: MON – FRI: 5pm to 4am

As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
  • Providing direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and KBS Field Operations Teams by efficiently and accurately responding to all escalations.
  • Cleaning various areas, including rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other workspaces as needed.
  • Adhering to the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
  • Managing callouts by directly working or redistributing shifts among the team to ensure daily operational coverage.
  • Delivering feedback on ongoing activities while committing to timely escalation reporting procedures to KBS Management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year in a Lead/Supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operations.
  • A customer-service-oriented demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and address customer requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Successful completion of KBS background check and drug test.
