Job Position Description:
The Janitorial Technician is responsible for promoting cleaner and healthier environments for our customers by executing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary:
– Carry out all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures
– Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and moving furniture and equipment
– Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
– Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
– Open and secure facilities, and manage security systems as necessary
– Previous experience (1-2 years) in custodial care, janitorial services, or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory
– On-the-job training is provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
– Experience in professional janitorial settings, such as office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is beneficial
– Capacity to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
– Foster a positive workplace climate through a pleasant demeanor and by being reliable and punctual in uniform
– Exhibit respect and understanding towards both co-workers and customers

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
