Job Position Description:
This position plays a pivotal role in creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers through the following essential duties and responsibilities, with additional tasks as assigned:

  • Execute all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
  • Cleaning responsibilities encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and moving furniture and equipment
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Employ proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Open and secure facilities, as well as enable and disable security systems when necessary
  • Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (1-2 years) is preferred but not mandatory
  • On-the-job training will be offered to candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a professional janitorial setting, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is advantageous
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail
  • Contribute positively to the workplace by maintaining a pleasant demeanor and supporting the team through punctuality and adherence to uniform standards
  • Show respect and understanding towards both co-workers and customers

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
