Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, managing the checkout process, and preparing fresh food and beverages. You play a critical role in transforming shoppers into loyal patrons and strengthening our community connections.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a friendly hello and thank them for their visit, enhancing the shopping experience at Johnny’s.
• Listen attentively to customer feedback or concerns and communicate them to the management team.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and provide accurate change.
• Verify personal identification for customers purchasing alcohol or tobacco in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Follow established procedures to prepare delectable coffee and food consistently.
• Restock store shelves, displays, and coolers throughout your shift as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store to ensure a fresh shopping environment.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, enabling professional and courteous interactions with customers, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors.
