AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $40,000 for a K-5 teacher in Flint, MI, translates to approximately $19.23 per hour, assuming a full-time schedule of about 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year. This rate is below the average salaries for K-5 teachers in Michigan, which typically range from $50,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and education.
