A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager may include:

Requirements: What you bring to the table:

• Availability to close the restaurant at least two evenings each week.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects; standing and walking for extended periods; maneuvering safely in compact spaces; and operating restaurant equipment.

Assistant General Managers will receive compensation commensurate with their skills and experience. Exact compensation will vary based on a variety of factors and will be discussed during the hiring process. Expected starting compensation for new hires in this role across different states and jurisdictions is as follows:

• All other locations: $12.00 to $22.00 per hour
• State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• State of New York: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• New York City: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
