What You Will Do:

Your role will ensure that our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” is indeed enjoyable for our guests. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring exceptional and positive experiences for both our diverse team members and guests.
  • Overseeing food preparation and clean-up during the 5:30 Kickback.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas.
  • Adhering to food safety standards and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to foster the Drury culture among customers and colleagues.
  • Providing insightful answers to guest inquiries about the hotel, local area, and events.
  • Delivering courteous and friendly service to guarantee an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude.
