A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR KITCHEN STAFF
As a kitchen team member, your responsibilities will include preparing salads, fruit dishes, and plating items in anticipation of dinner service. You’ll collaborate closely with sous chefs and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience, working efficiently and with precision to prepare orders accurately, including “to-go” salads. Maintaining a clean kitchen by mopping and sweeping, as well as ensuring safe preparation of all orders, will also be part of your role. This position offers you the opportunity to enhance your culinary skills while enriching the lives of our residents.
In this position, you will have a meaningful impact on the daily lives of our residents and their families. Effective communication with your team and residents, while consistently upholding professionalism and respect, is essential.
