Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to become a key member of our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by consistently ensuring homes are meticulously cleaned. This position involves traveling to various customer residences and providing a diverse array of cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize provided equipment, including vacuums and cleaning solutions, to maintain cleanliness in customer homes effectively.
  • Clean a variety of surfaces throughout the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
  • Perform detailed floor cleaning in kitchens and bathrooms, including tasks that require being on hands and knees.
  • Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture thoroughly.
  • Rearrange reasonably movable furniture to clean underneath and behind.
  • Transport cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and clients’ homes.
  • Assist in inventory management and the maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  • Promote a positive work environment with a professional demeanor and contribute to team efforts, including adherence to uniform standards and punctuality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting between job sites.
  • Ability to read and adhere to cleaning instructions.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
