Job Title: LEAD HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Englewood, OH

Pay: $16 – 20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $20 for a “Lead Housekeeper (Full Time)” position in Englewood, OH, appears to be competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles. According to various industry sources, lead housekeepers in the Midwest generally earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the specific sector (such as hospitality vs. private sector). Given the cost of living in the area and the demand for skilled housekeeping staff, this wage might attract candidates but could also result in higher turnover if better-paying opportunities are available nearby. Overall, while it aligns with some industry standards, offering slightly higher wages could enhance retention and attract more qualified candidates.
