What will you do?
– Operate and maintain machines for washing and drying items such as sheets, draperies, linens, and carpets, ensuring the accurate use of detergent, water, bleach, starch, and other necessary additives.
– Sort, count, and organize articles removed from dryers while maintaining a clean and orderly laundry closet.
– Inspect soiled articles to identify stains, color imperfections, and items needing special treatment.
– Iron or press items, including fabrics, banquet linens, and napkins, utilizing hand irons or pressing machines.
– Document all loads washed and dried to calculate productivity, including tracking losses due to stains, tears, and overall wear.

– You possess the ability to effectively collaborate with others in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong communication skills with guests and team members.
– Basic math skills are required.
