Maximum Potential Chiropractic is a family-oriented wellness practice dedicated to professionalism, customer service, and a dynamic work environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant, specializing in Front Desk and Billing responsibilities.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for natural healthcare and patient service. As part of a close-knit team, you will support our four doctors by managing their schedules and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our practice members. This position provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients upon check-in/out in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendars for providers, both locally and remotely.
  • Process copay and deductible payments efficiently.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate communication via in-person interactions, phone, email, and platform systems.
  • Prepare and manage medical records, both paper and electronic.
  • Follow up for necessary client, insurance, and account information.
  • Utilize EHR and various software tools with ease; strong computer proficiency is required.
  • Handle daily reporting and meet operational requirements.
  • Review, correct, and process any denied or rejected claims, filing reconsiderations or appeals as necessary.
  • Post and reconcile payments while managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely follow-up on claims.
  • Distribute monthly patient statements and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance plans and billing practices, implementing new procedures to enhance billing efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for patients as directed.
  • Exemplify professionalism and maintain a polished appearance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to business policies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Remain comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, demonstrating calm and diplomacy.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a chiropractic office or medical setting.

Schedule:
