Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service as they enter our stores.
– Deliver exceptional quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach your team members to prioritize their tasks and excel as part of the team.
– Ensure that store merchandise is well-ordered, presented, rotated, and readily available for our customers.
– Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, and assist another individual in lifting 40 pounds.
– Candidates must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
