Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Craft quality food and beverages tailored to customer specifications in a safe and friendly manner.
  • Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks effectively and excel as a cohesive unit.
  • Ensure product availability by monitoring in-store inventory and managing merchandise rotation.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain responsibilities).
