As a Line Cook, you will oversee kitchen service operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a diverse array of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items.
- Assume full responsibility for the quality of products produced.
- Demonstrate efficiency in portion control, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
- Manage stocking and product inventory with a focus on waste reduction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Excel in time management to meet service demands.
- Adhere to all food safety standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate the team towards consistency and excellence.
