As a Line Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare a diverse array of hot and cold dishes, including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Tasks will include portioning, washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes. You will also be responsible for carving and slicing meats and cheeses, as well as measuring and mixing ingredients to create salad dressings, sauces, and other culinary items in accordance with recipes.
