As a line cook, you will oversee kitchen service operations during your shift, focusing on several key areas, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing a diverse array of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
  • Taking full responsibility for the quality of all prepared products
  • Ensuring efficiency in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen protocols
  • Managing stock and product, including minimizing waste
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Excelling in time management
  • Adhering to all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage the operational needs of the restaurant
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • A positive, welcoming, and upbeat demeanor
  • Strong communication skills to inspire and uphold consistency and excellence within the team
