Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is passionate about preparing and cooking food to meet Perkins’ standards. You will play an integral role in delivering an outstanding dining experience by showcasing your commitment to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation meets our aesthetic standards and appeals to guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional preparation is needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other matters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
