Job Summary:

We are seeking a Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets Perkins’ high standards. Your dedication and skill in crafting quality meals will contribute to creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that food presentation aligns with our standards and appeals to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when additional preparation is necessary.
  • Communicate effectively regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other emerging issues.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to established food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, but not mandatory.
