Responsibilities:

  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of food in accordance with established production procedures.
  • Determine the necessary quantities and types of food and supplies required through production systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with our menus, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Adhere to established sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards.
  • Accurately prepare all food items following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary orders.
  • Plan food production to align with meal service times, ensuring food quality, temperature, and appearance are maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, including proper cleaning and maintenance of food preparation equipment.
  • Prepare food for the subsequent shift and the following day’s service.
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and address any complaints regarding food service as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of cooking experience in a restaurant or full-service hotel is required.
  • A 2-4 year degree from a culinary school is preferred.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
