Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking food that meets QSL standards. Your enthusiasm and commitment to culinary excellence will help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets established standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional prep work.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and any other issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience is preferred, though not obligatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
