Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets our high standards. Your contributions will ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience through your commitment to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional preparation is required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and related issues.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation, following proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
