Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets Quaker Steak & Lube’s high standards. Your expertise will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for each guest by upholding our commitment to delivering quality food at its finest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in accordance with specified recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate any need for additional preparation.
• Effectively collaborate with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other relevant matters.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
