Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook dedicated to preparing and cooking food that meets QSL standards. Your commitment to quality food will enrich our guests’ dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets our standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate when additional preparation is necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times and any service challenges that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
