Job Title: Line Cook – Sharkee’s Bar & Grill (Hampton Inn), Holland
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $17 for a line cook position at Sharkee’s Bar & Grill in Holland, MI, is generally competitive but slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the area, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour. The cost of living in Holland is relatively moderate, and while entry-level line cooks may earn around $15 per hour, more experienced cooks can command higher wages. Factors such as tips, benefits, and opportunities for advancement can also influence the overall competitiveness of this pay rate. Therefore, while it provides a reasonable starting point, there may be pressure to increase wages to attract and retain talent in this role.
