Pay: $16.68 – 27 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.68 to $27 for a Machine Builder in Warren, MI, falls within a typical range for manufacturing roles, but its competitiveness depends on various factors such as experience level, company size, and specific skills required. According to industry standards, entry-level machine builders typically earn closer to the lower end of this spectrum, while those with more experience or specialized skills can command rates toward the higher end. Given Warren’s industrial background and proximity to Detroit, which has a strong manufacturing presence, the offered rate appears somewhat competitive, particularly for entry-level positions, but may be lower compared to more experienced roles or specialized positions in more advanced manufacturing sectors. Overall, it’s essential for potential applicants to consider their qualifications against market trends and local conditions to evaluate the offer fully.
