Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Company: Marriott

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $24.07 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $24.07 for a “Maintenance Technician II” in Detroit, MI, appears to be competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. As of mid-2023, salaries for Maintenance Technicians in Detroit typically range from around $25 to $35 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and the specific employer. While $24.07 may be attractive for entry-level positions or in areas with lower living costs, it may not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities associated with a technician in a more urban environment like Detroit. Therefore, while it is fairly in line with starting wages, there could be room for higher compensation to attract and retain skilled technicians in this role.
