The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following:

– Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
– Responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
– Assisting in the maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
– Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC systems.
– Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems as required.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred, though not mandatory.
– Demonstrated excellence in customer service and general computer proficiency.
– Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
– Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Possession of plumbing, contracting, and builder certifications and licenses is a plus. We value availability for on-call duties and the flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
