Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program 2025 (Columbus)
Company: Sherwin-Williams
Location: London, OH
Pay: $53000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $53,000 for the “Management & Sales Training Program 2025” in Columbus, OH, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25.48. While this figure may initially seem modest, it is important to consider that entry-level roles in management and sales training often range from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on the company and specific industry. In Columbus and similar markets, this compensation might be on the lower end of the spectrum, especially for larger corporations that often provide more competitive pay. Therefore, while it offers a decent starting point, it may not fully align with the higher expectations of candidates in a highly competitive job environment. Overall, this rate should be evaluated against the specific responsibilities of the role, benefits offered, and opportunities for advancement.
