Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Training, you will be accountable for:

  • Overseeing Facility Operations
  • Conducting Sales and Marketing Initiatives
  • Managing Hiring and Recruitment Processes

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work evenings (Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 1 AM) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM to 1 AM)
  • A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience
  • A minimum of 1 year in a formal leadership or supervisory role
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of soccer, with experience as a player, coach, or in a soccer-related business
