We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our commercial strategy team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate must be within commuting distance (61-200 miles) of our Battle Creek, Michigan headquarters and is expected to work in the office one consecutive Tuesday or Wednesday each month, with related commuting expenses reimbursed. This position may require travel of up to 25%.
As the Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will be tasked with achieving profitable revenue growth by striking a sustainable balance between volume and price/mix. You will employ portfolio strategies—including pricing, price-pack architecture, and promotion optimization—to create value for WK Kellogg Co, our customers, and our consumers. This pivotal role will be instrumental in facilitating organizational change by proactively embedding RGM principles and processes throughout the Sales division.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing pricing strategies within WK Kellogg Co, focusing on initiatives related to Everyday Low Pricing (EDLP) and base pricing across the retail landscape, as well as managing pricing innovations, club items, food service, and other strategic launches.

- Reports to: Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Assess growth opportunities within the WK Kellogg Co portfolio and leverage the WKKC RGM framework to formulate insight-driven recommendations supporting the strategic growth agenda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement multi-year, multi-faceted strategies focusing on consumers, customers, and occasions.
- Work closely with the Commercial Strategy team to determine optimal execution strategies for RGM initiatives.
- Develop and advocate for portfolio strategies that align pricing, promote a cohesive Price-Pack Architecture across various brands, and enhance promotional efforts to drive profitable growth.
- Design and refine performance monitoring tools to track results and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Engage with the Channels organization to expand coverage, improve market presence, appeal to new consumer occasions, and elevate overall consumer experiences.
- Participate in customer reviews and planning workshops to enhance productivity across promotional programs.
- Drive organizational capabilities, processes, and tools, turning insights into actionable results.
- Represent the P&L perspective in strategic discussions and serve as a key business partner across functions with shared objectives to improve financial outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison to the Marketing team to integrate RGM principles throughout the innovation process.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is preferred.
- Prior experience in RGM, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Price Pack Architecture (PPA), or Sales Management is advantageous.
- Proven ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Capacity to juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Familiarity with Nielsen, Cortana, or NPD data for insights and analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and time management skills.

Compensation Insights:
The salary range for this position is $106,400.00 – $139,650.00.
