Primary Job Function:
The Marketing Content Strategist will be responsible for developing tactical and engaging brand messaging that fosters audience engagement and drives conversions across various platforms, including video, audio, out-of-home (OOH), and digital marketing campaigns. This role entails collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ideate, develop, and produce compelling content for brand initiatives while working alongside the Media Services team to broaden service offerings to current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and refine compelling advertising concepts that can be adapted across multiple channels.
  • Employ storytelling techniques to craft emotionally resonant and brand-relevant narratives.
  • Understand consumer behavior and the impact of messaging across various formats.
  • Write scripts for video advertisements.
  • Develop appealing audio scripts and guide engaging voice-over performances.
  • Create impactful, concise messaging for billboards and other out-of-home advertising.
  • Produce copy for display ads, landing pages, and email campaign messaging.
  • Formulate effective calls-to-action (CTAs) to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to inform and refine messaging strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of copy with campaign objectives, brand positioning, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with media placement teams, designers, video producers, SEO specialists, and marketing coaches.
  • Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Adhere to SEO best practices for digital advertising and content creation.
  • Implement A/B testing for copy variations to optimize performance.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and content marketing within an agency, media company, or in-house marketing team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute content initiatives effectively.
