Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. In this position, you will ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay while leading a team that upholds our standard of service excellence.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring that check-ins and check-outs are efficient and pleasant. Collect all necessary information for reservations and monitor VIP and special guest requests attentively.

Operational Oversight: Maintain oversight of logs and reports to ensure adherence to processes. Ensure the timely and professional delivery of all messages, packages, and mail.

Financial Responsibilities: Stay well-informed about rates, packages, and promotions to aid in maximizing room revenue.

Team Leadership: Promote effective communication and teamwork among staff members, and assist in the training of new associates.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; college coursework in a related field is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Compliance with certification requirements, which may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid, is necessary.
