Job description:

The Room Service Server is responsible for accurately taking and delivering in-room food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, preparing detailed checks, and processing payments.   • Ensure hallways are free of service debris and that all room service trays are returned to the kitchen for breakdown and bussing.

  • Access back of house areas and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle cash, prepare deposits, and secure bank transactions accurately.
