About the Position:
We are in search of versatile team members who are capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, as well as our Front-End. This position is based in West Chester at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The compensation for this role ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by:
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and weekly promotions to provide informed assistance across departments
- Creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere through effective merchandising and restocking of products while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking area and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Must be at least 16 years of age
