Job Description
Job Title: Med Care Manager
Company: Sunrise Senior Living
Location: Plymouth, MI
Pay: $21.6 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $21.60 for a “Med Care Manager” in Plymouth, MI, falls below the average for similar roles, which typically range from $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. The healthcare management field often commands higher wages due to the complexity of the work involved. Given the cost of living in the region and the demand for skilled healthcare professionals, this rate may be considered uncompetitive, potentially affecting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates. Overall, it would be advisable for employers to reevaluate this rate to attract and retain talent effectively.
