Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver all shifts

Company: Homestead

Location: Cadillac, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech/Caregiver role in Cadillac, MI, is slightly below the average wage for similar positions in the area. Industry standards typically range from $15 to $18 per hour for caregiver roles, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities, including medication management. While the offered rate may attract some entry-level candidates, it may deter more experienced individuals or those with specialized skills, making it less competitive in the current labor market. Adjusting the pay to align more closely with local averages could help attract and retain talent in this essential field.
