Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Flint, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Med Tech/Caregiver in Flint, MI, appears to be slightly below the average industry standards. As of recent data, caregiver positions typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. While the cost of living in Flint is lower than in many other areas, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract and retain qualified personnel, especially considering the demanding nature of caregiving roles and the growing demand within the healthcare sector. Overall, improving the compensation could enhance recruitment and retention efforts in this field.
