Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver

Company: Whispering Pines Senior Living

Location: Cadillac, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 per hour for a “Med Tech/Caregiver” in Cadillac, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the industry standard for similar roles. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan generally range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer’s budget. Given the rising demand for healthcare support roles, particularly in rural areas, and considering the cost of living in Michigan, this rate may be seen as non-competitive, which could impact recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
