Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Fennville, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Fennville, MI, appears to be below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for similar roles is also generally higher, reflecting factors such as cost of living and demand for healthcare professionals. Consequently, this rate may not be competitive, especially given the growing emphasis on skilled care in healthcare settings, indicating that candidates may seek higher-paying opportunities elsewhere. This suggests that the role may struggle to attract and retain qualified personnel unless additional benefits or incentives are offered.
