Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Holland, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum, given that the average hourly wage for medical technicians in the United States typically ranges from $16 to $24, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. In Michigan, wages may vary, but many Med Tech roles offer compensation closer to $17 to $20 per hour. Considering the cost of living in Holland and the demand for healthcare professionals, this rate may not be competitive, potentially making it challenging for employers to attract skilled candidates. Overall, the $14 per hour rate suggests that it may be below industry standards for this role and location.
