Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Med Tech” role in Holland, MI, appears to be below the industry standard. As of recent data, the average hourly wage for medical technicians in Michigan typically ranges from $16 to $22, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Given that the cost of living in Holland is moderate, this rate may not attract qualified candidates or retain talent. Thus, while competitive for entry-level positions, it lacks alignment with prevailing wages in the region, potentially leading to staffing challenges.
