Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Med Tech” position in Holland, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of my last knowledge update, medical technicians in similar roles can expect to earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and demand for healthcare workers can influence competitive pay; Holland’s cost of living is moderate. Thus, the $14 rate may not attract or retain qualified candidates and could lead to high turnover if wages do not reflect industry norms.
