What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another related medical training
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Flexibility with scheduling, as shifts are planned three months in advance and may include weekdays and occasional Saturdays, varying based on the location and customer schedule
  • Compensation includes payment for travel time alongside a base salary for on-site events, with unlimited bonus potential
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to educate participants about our services
  • A commitment to fostering a positive environment for both colleagues and customers during screening events
  • A valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record, as driving responsibilities for the company van are shared among team members

Major Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in performing front desk registration, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings in accordance with company protocols in a timely manner
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including shared responsibilities in driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment where a commitment to helping others and accurate test performance is paramount
