What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or other related medical training
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Understanding that our schedules differ from typical office hours; schedules are prepared three months in advance and operate Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Flexibility to adapt to varying meeting start and end times based on community destinations is essential for success
  • Compensation includes travel time and base pay for on-site events, with unlimited bonus opportunities
  • Excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to inform participants about products and services
  • A commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere for team members and customers during screening events
  • A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record, as shared driving responsibilities for the company van are part of the role

Major Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings in accordance with company protocols, efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate as a team, sharing responsibilities including driving the company van and loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Demonstrate a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where a commitment to assisting others and accuracy in performing tests are paramount
