Job Description
Job Title: Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse – Van Wert, OH
Company: Marathon Health
Location: Van Wert, OH
Pay: $20 – 24 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 to $24 for a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in Van Wert, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive but may fall below the national average. According to recent industry data, the median hourly wage for Medical Assistants is typically around $18 to $23, while Licensed Practical Nurses often earn between $23 and $29 per hour depending on experience and certification. In Van Wert, which may have a lower cost of living compared to urban areas, this pay range could still be reasonable. However, it may not fully reflect the demand for healthcare professionals post-pandemic, making it crucial for employers to consider regional market conditions and the potential need to offer higher incentives to attract qualified candidates.
