AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17 for a Medical Assistant in Southgate, MI, is somewhat below the national average, which typically ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In Michigan, rates can vary, but the average tends to hover around $17 to $20 per hour, indicating that this offer is at the lower end of the scale.
